I'm walking 62 miles in May
I’m walking 62 miles in May and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Only 10 miles to go!
Thursday 22nd May £171 raised and only 10 miles to go. We have really enjoyed it walking and are aiming to carry on once we’ve finished our challenge. Nat (Clairs cousin) joined us last week in a walk along The Leas. Clair is in Cornwall currently so getting plenty of miles in 😊 Share
We’re still going!
Monday 12th May We’re still fitting in at least 2 miles a day to hit our target. We’ll carry on even if we hit 62 before the end of May ❤️ Share
Day 6
Tuesday 6th May 13 miles down, 49 to go. We are really enjoying our walks even though the weather has changed. We haven’t left a blog for a couple of days so touching base today. Thank you to everyone who has been kind enough to sponsor us so far. We appreciate you all.
Day 2
Friday 2nd May Day 2 was a walk along Sunny sands (and yes we did have a paddle in the sea!) then through The Fishmarket to the harbour and back along to the Eaat Cliff. Share
