I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

2km and a swimming lesson
Wednesday 12th Nov Managed to swim 100 lengths (2km). Was absolutely buggered afterwards but it's all worth it. 😊
1st swim
Tuesday 4th Nov Well I managed my first swim after work. I currently feel like I have knuckle-dragging arms as I swam a mile in 46 minutes.Thank you to my Sponsors
