I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

Tuesday 23rd SepShare@christineayoade 😊 Happy New week! Today is Day 21 of my 31 Miles Walk in September Challenge for Dementia UK. I started today’s walk chatting about my weight (don’t we all? 🤔😂) … but wait for it — my daughter jumps in with a tricky question at the end that had me laughing! 👣 Every step we take is for families living with dementia — raising awareness, support, and hope. 🎥 Watch until the end for one of the trickiest questions you should avoid answering… 😂😂😂 👉 Support my journey here: fundraise.dementiauk.org/fundraisers/christineayoade 💙 Together, we can make a difference.

Day 16
Tuesday 16th SepShare@christineayoade Day 16 • 30 Miles for Dementia UK 💙 As I keep moving forward in my 30 Miles challenge, I want to keep sharing key facts about dementia to raise awareness. 🎂 Fact #3 : 1 in 6 people over the age of 80 has dementia. This shows just how common dementia becomes as we age, and why specialist support for older people and their families is so important. Every step I take this month is to highlight the impact of dementia and to support Dementia UK in the vital work they do. 👉🏾 Please support my journey here: fundraise.dementiauk.org/fundraisers/christineayoade Together, we can make a difference 💙 #CapCut

Day 12 post
Friday 12th SepShare@christineayoade Day 12 • Walking for Dementia Awareness It’s Day 12 of my 30 Miles in September challenge for Dementia UK. Every mile is a step towards hope, awareness, and support for families affected by dementia. One story that inspires me is of a family whose mother was diagnosed 8 years ago. Her daughter is the main carer, and the rest of the family supports whenever possible. Like many carers, she balances love with responsibility, and the whole family feels the impact. Stories like this remind me why I walk. Dementia UK provides specialist nurses to support families on this journey. That’s why I’m walking 30 miles — and why I’m asking for your support. 👉🏾 Donate here: fundraise.dementiauk.org/fundraisers/christineayoade Together, we can make a difference. 💙
