I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
Our daily work with clients living with dementia and our passion to raise awareness about this topic led me to taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
