I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
Iam taking part in this challenge in loving memory of both my Mum & Dad who passed away this year and both had dementia.
Without the support of my admiral nurse I really do not know what I would have done. Caring for two people with dementia is no easy task but with the help of my admiral nurse I managed to care for both Mum & Dad until they took there last breath xx.
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
