I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Sunday 23rd Nov So lovely people I gave a big push today as I haven't got alot of time left . I managed 2 miles which is 3.219kl . Watch this space this week for the finish line xxx Share
1st swim after my holiday
Tuesday 18th Nov Good evening everyone here's the details of my latest swim . So back home now and back down the local pool . Worked hard tonight and smashed out 101 lengths, 2525 meters . Thank you all for your continued support xxxxx Share

Sunday 16th NovHey you lovely lot , im still continuing the 15k swim for Dimentia UK and now im back in the UK and back down my local pool
My next swim will be Tuesday 18th and I will post some pics. I've had an ear infection since I got home so that has held me up a little but im not going to let that stop me so you can guarantee im going to finish the challenge.
