I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

For Nan, and for all the families facing dementia 💜
Monday 6th OctFor five years, my wonderful Nan lived with vascular dementia. It was heartbreaking to watch how the illness slowly changed her, but throughout it all she remained the kind, loving, and strong woman we will always remember her as.
Dementia is cruel—not just for the person living with it, but for the whole family. Yet even in the hardest times, Nan still found ways to smile, laugh, and remind us of the love that never fades.
This year, I’m walking in her memory and to raise money for dementia research and support services. Every step I take is for Nan, and for all the families who are going through this journey right now.
