Late to the Swim Challenge 🏊‍♀️

I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Tuesday 25th Nov
https://fundraise.dementiauk.org/s/24790/25245 Swim 4 & 5 Update 🏊‍♀️After having 3 days rest after hurting my calf at bootcamp🤷‍♀️ i went back jn the pool yesterday...Well I felt a bit stronger tonight & did 1.7km in my pink hat 💗💪 plus yesterday distance of 1.4 . Giving me a total of 7.8km .....only another 2.2km or 110 lengths till i hit my 10km target 🏊‍♀️😄 Thank you

3rd Swim

Tuesday 18th Nov
🎉🏊‍♀️Well I felt a bit stronger tonight & did 1km in 29minutes💪🏊‍♀️ did a distance of 1.7km. Giving me a total of 4.7km .....only another 5.5km or 265 lengths 🏊‍♀️😄 Thank you for all the donations it really is going to a great cause 💜

I joined the challenge in October with a plan to start last week, but life plans changed......so here I am, first swim with 1.5km of my 10km challenge completed. Only another 8.5km to swim by the end of November & I'm sure with your support I'll complete 🏊‍♀️
