I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. As close ones know Dementia is a disease very close to me and my family’s heart, I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, all those affected and my beloved Grandad Ken❤️
I am so sad to say that my grandad has since passed away since I began this challenge. I am heartbroken, but he would want me to carry on, which is why he is the centre of my motivation everyday to smash this challenge in memory of the strong ,honourable, loved man he was.
