I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for any person affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support ONLY if you didn't get a chance to sponsor me in my October challenge. I have challenged myself 15km this month, up from 8kms last month! I can do it!
I was supposed to be the only person sponsoring me! so thanks to those that have as I've already doubled plus my goal for Dementia UK.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Saturday 1st NovThis November, I’m taking on a new swim challenge to raise awareness for dementia. After completing my Great Ormond Street challenge in October, I won’t be asking for sponsorship this time — just your encouragement! Every swim is a chance to make a small wave of support for those affected by dementia. I’ve set my target at 15K and I will sponsor myself £100 as I have no intention of asking anyone for money again having completed my last challenge yesterday!
