I’m walking 62 miles in May and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

No sob story here—just a heartfelt reminder of how devastating this terrible disease can be for so many families. Watching my nan gradually fade away because of it was incredibly heartbreaking. I’m participating in this walk to honor those who have suffered, including my nan, and to stay active myself. Any donations to the charity would be greatly appreciated.
