I'm swimming 15km in November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I will be swimming at least 15km during the month of November and would grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
