I’m going to be swimming 15k throughout November for Dementia UK, raising funds for families affected by dementia to receive care and support. I would be so grateful for any donations towards such an important cause.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
