I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge

I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

The reason I came to the decision to do this with my dog Bear is because my dad suffers with Vascular Dementia and Alzheimers so myself and my sister have seen the effects first hand, it's changed his personality he says things he wouldn't of before but what I hold onto is he still knows who we are I know that won't always be the case but I'm holding onto that for now.
