I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

Sunday 16th Nov This swim challenge was made more enjoyable because I am in Australia visiting family. There is an outdoor pool very near them and there are lots of opportunities to swim in the many beaches around Sydney and beyond.Thank you to my Sponsors
