I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia U.K.
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
Donations can support services such as a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
I have experienced first hand the devastating effects dementia has on individuals, families, carers and the wider community . I feel I need to do something positive to support.
10k is 6.21 miles or 400 lengths of a 25 metre pool which is achievable for me at the moment!! Thanks so much for supporting.
