I’m taking part in the 5K Swim Challenge for Dementia UK during the month of November, to help raise funds for everyone who is affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.


£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

After a few days away, back in the pool today and reached 100 lengths today - 2.5km so half way there!
