I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, we’re taking on a 30-mile walk to raise money for Dementia UK, in honour of our wonderful Granda/Dad, who is currently living with dementia. We’re doing this to show our love, support and appreciation for him, while helping raise awareness and vital funds for other families affected by dementia. ❤️
