Swimming challenge

Hello, my name is Aisha, I am 18 years old.

I’m taking part of this challenge because I recently learnt how to swim and I want to make it meaningful.

 I am grateful that I am not affected by dementia in this moment of time, however, I cannot imagine how much it hurts people; I hope I can help,  even if it’s just swimming. 

I’m challenging myself to complete 10km, I have completed 1km in one hour in the past. 

I’m excited to start this challenge!
