I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
This November, I’m taking on the 15km Swim Challenge for Dementia UK in memory of my wonderful Grandma Enid, who sadly passed away on 24th September after living with dementia for several years.
I’m raising funds to help families affected by dementia receive the care and support they need.
Just £33 could fund an hour with a specialist Admiral Nurse, offering practical advice and emotional support to families during incredibly difficult times.
Every donation, no matter the size, will mean so much and will keep me going through all 600 lengths! 💙
