Help me reach my goal of £500

I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge

This November, I’m taking on the 15km Swim Challenge for Dementia UK in memory of my wonderful Grandma Enid, who sadly passed away on 24th September after living with dementia for several years.

I’m raising funds to help families affected by dementia receive the care and support they need.

Just £33 could fund an hour with a specialist Admiral Nurse, offering practical advice and emotional support to families during incredibly difficult times.

Every donation, no matter the size, will mean so much  and will keep me going through all 600 lengths! 💙

A tribute to my wonderful Grandma

I’ve decided to take on the challenge of swimming 15km this November (that’s 600 lengths!) in memory of my wonderful Grandma Enid, who sadly passed away on 24th September.

My Grandma had been living with dementia for several years, and as a family, we saw firsthand how much it affected her life. Despite everything, she remained the most beautifully kind, gentle, and loving person.  I wanted to do something to honour her memory,  and to help make a difference for others facing this illness and their families.

Although I’ve recently taken up swimming, this challenge will be no small feat for me! If you’re able to donate, I’d be so grateful. Your support will help keep me going when it gets tough.

This swim is for my beautiful Grandma Enid - I love you, I miss you, and I’ll be thinking of you with every length. 💙
