We're swimming for Dementia UK
This November, we're swimming 5k each and raising funds for families affected by dementia. We are taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be so grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support. No donation is too small and every contribution brings us one step closer to a future where dementia is no longer a devastating diagnosis.
