I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK

This May, I will be walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

In Loving Memory of Edward Baker

Edward (Ted) was diagnosed with vascular dementia a few years ago and unfortunately between old age and dementia it all tooks it's toll and our Dad/Grandad's heart stopped beating on the 05.04.2026 💔 heartbroken to say the least! Ted was an extremely happy, go lucky man with a smile that would light the room up. He will be sadly missed by ALOT of people🌹 

It was hard for our Dad/Grandad to live with this terrible illness. It was also awful for us to witness the falls beginning, the memory slowly fade away and then walking into a room one day to realise he doesn't know who we are anymore was the most heartbreaking thing of all 💔

We now, would like to raise money in HOPE one day something can help with this nasty illness and maybe save the life of others & the heartache of watching a loved one suffer ❤️🙏
