We're swimming for Dementia UK 🏊♀️
This November, my mum and I are each swimming 10k to raise money for Dementia UK, a charity close to our hearts. 💗
Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot and help keep up motivated throughout the month.
- £4 could help over the telephone cost for one family's call to the Dementia Helpline.
- £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
We will be sharing updates as we hit milestones along the way! 💪
