We're taking on Fans vs Dementia
During the course of 90 minutes, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia.
We're taking Fans vs Dementia and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need.
Our challenge is to walk from Bolton Wanderers Football Stadium to Manchester United Football Stadium.
