I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

Why I am fundraising for Dementia.
Monday 31st AugAs a domiciliary carer, I see first-hand the impact dementia can have on the people I care for and their families. It can affect memories, independence, relationships and the simple things we often take for granted.
But dementia isn’t just part of my working life — it has also affected my wonderful Dad. Seeing someone you love experience the changes that dementia can bring is incredibly difficult, and it has given me an even deeper understanding of why raising awareness and supporting dementia research is so important.
I’m fundraising to help make a difference to people living with dementia and the families and carers who support them. Every donation, no matter how small, can help contribute towards better support, greater understanding and a future where people affected by dementia receive the care they deserve.

Good luck, Zoe! What an amazing challenge to take on. Thank you for raising funds for such a wonderful cause. We're all behind you every step of the way. With best wishes from your friends and colleagues at St Jude's Care 💚
