Run 100K in February '26

I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Thank you!

100K for Dementia: One Run, One Purpose

Monday 19th Jan
This run is bigger than the distance.
I’m taking on a 100K challenge to support people living with dementia and the families who walk this journey every day. Dementia affects millions worldwide, yet too many face it without enough support, understanding, or resources.
Every step of this run represents perseverance, memory, and hope. It’s for the stories that deserve to be remembered, the caregivers who never stop giving, and the future where better care and research can change lives.
The training is tough, the distance is daunting, but the cause makes every mile worth it. Thank you to everyone who has supported, donated, or shared encouragement along the way. Together, we’re running toward awareness, compassion, and a world that doesn’t forget those who need us most.
