I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
This May, I'm walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

Day 3
Sunday 3rd MayDay 3 of taking part in the Walk 31 Miles in May challenge for Dementia UK, and I’ve already clocked up 8.5 miles 🥳
Thank you so much to everyone for your kind words and support — it truly means the world to me. Your donations are greatly appreciated and are making a real difference 💙
I’m doing this to support the search for a cure and to raise awareness. Watching someone you love gradually fade and change is incredibly difficult and deeply emotional.
Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a real impact. If you’re able to donate, please use the link below — your support means so much to me and to the families facing this every day.

Let's get walking 😀
Friday 1st MayHi everyone...
This May, I’m taking on the Walk 31 Miles in May challenge for Dementia UK 💙🚶♀️
I’m doing this in honour of loved ones I’ve seen affected by dementia — and while it’s been incredibly tough at times, this challenge is about turning that experience into something positive. Every step I take is for them, and for all the families going through similar journeys.
I’m hoping to raise awareness and funds so more people can access the amazing specialist nurses who provide such vital support, guidance, and comfort. They make a real difference when it’s needed most.
If you’d like to support me — whether by donating, sharing, or cheering me on — I’d be so grateful! Let’s come together, make an impact, and take 'steps' towards a future where families don’t have to face dementia alone… and where one day, we find a cure 💙
Let’s do this! 💪🚶♀️
Thank you!
