I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

1st September challenge

Thursday 28th Aug
I’m registered disabled with various disabilities from Spinal Stenosis, Wolf Parkinson white Syndrome and the good old Fibromyalgia but these wont stop me for taking part in walking 30 miles in the month of September

I’m ready for the challenge and will take each day slowly and pace myself so that I can an achieve a mile a day, in short bursts.

I want to say Good Luck to everyone that is taking part, cant wait to put the T’shirt on and thank you to everyone that has donated and those that are thinking of donating, THANK YOU.
