I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Help research dementia

Hi 
As a family we have lost 2 people to dementia within the space of 1 year
Living with and caring  for someone with dementia is no easy task . It affects all those involved mentally and physically 
I am walking 30 miles across September. That doesn’t seem much but I have a driving/sitting job so rarely get my steps in so it’s a starting point . 
Any donations are gratefully accepted no matter how large or small . 
All proceeds go to Dementia UK to help facilitate research and activities/ costs for all types of dementia. 
We cannot create a cure but we can make life more manageable
