I'm walking 62 Miles in October
I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.
An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

Why im doing 62 miles in October
Wednesday 1st OctThis month, I’m challenging myself to walk/run 62 miles to raise awareness and support for those living with dementia.
Dementia affects millions of people and their families every day, changing lives in ways that are hard to imagine until you’ve seen it up close. It’s not just about memory loss it’s about losing pieces of yourself and the people you love.
I’m doing these 62 miles to honour everyone fighting this condition, to support the families who stand by them, and to help fund vital research and care. Every step I take is a reminder of the strength, courage, and resilience of those living with dementia.
If you’d like to support me, whether by cheering me on or donating it would be a great help to the cause
