We're walking 62 Miles in October for Dementia UK
This October, Delilah and I are taking on the Walk 62 Miles in October Challenge for Dementia UK.
We’re doing this for a very personal reason. Dementia has had a significant impact on our family, and it continues to affect us. We’ve seen first-hand how difficult and heartbreaking dementia can be, not just for the person living with it, but for the whole family around them.
For us, this challenge is about turning something that has brought so much sadness to our family into something positive. Delilah and I will be walking 62 miles throughout October, and we’d love to raise as much as we can to help other families who are facing the same journey.
Dementia UK’s specialist Admiral Nurses provide families with expert advice, emotional support and practical help when they need it most — helping make sure that no one has to face dementia alone.
If you can spare anything at all, we would be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support families living with dementia.
Thank you for supporting us, and for helping us turn something so personal into something that can make a difference. ❤️
