I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds for Dementia UK to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.
This year my Mother in law has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s which is rather poignant considering I would be carrying out this regular yearly challenge as always.
I am not asking for double figure donations, I’m happy with a couple of quid because as we know ….. Every little helps 💜 Any donation is greatly appreciated.

Tuesday 25th Aug As I embark on only my second year of fundraising for Dementia, I find it ironic that, as last year, the first week or so of my fundraising campaign will commence in Greece and the first book to jump out of my Kindle at me is this. Fiona Phillips Remember When: My Life with Alzheimer’s. I must’ve ordered it sometime ago as I’ve not picked my Kindle up since June. I’ve read the book and it has broken my heart. Fiona was part of my ‘breakfast ‘ for years and I bet, many of my peers. Reading this has made me more determined to push my fundraising so ‘friends’ BE WARNED, I’m on the ponce 💜😂 Share
