I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Thank you!

Walking in memory of my Nanny 🤍🕊️

Saturday 29th Aug

I’m taking on 30 miles this September for Dementia UK, in memory of my beautiful Nanny who we lost to dementia in 2020. 🤍

I’m feeling stronger lately and trying to get outside and walk most days, so I wanted to use those miles to do something meaningful and give back.

Dementia is such a cruel disease, not only for the person living with it but for the whole family around them.

Every mile I walk will be in memory of my Nanny and hopefully help Dementia UK continue supporting families affected by dementia.

Thank you so much for any donation, big or small. It genuinely means a lot. 🤍🕊️
