I'm making Time for a Cuppa
By the time you've made your brew, another person will have developed dementia. How mads that?
A charity very close to my heart, I'm going to bake, brew and raise vital funds for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity. This will take place on 19th and 21st May where homemade cakes and bakes will be available for a small donation 🙏🏼 location Sunningdale Heath Golf Club.
As some of you know, last year my super lovely mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease. Seeing such a strong woman, who cared for others her whole life as a nurse, facing this tough disease has been devastating. Hearing friends and family going through the same with their loved ones is equally heartbreaking , sadly Dementia touches everyone.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. I am really grateful for any support you can give. Even if you don’t get to buy a cake…everything helps and is appreciated 🙏🏼
