I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Tuesday 16th Sep I’ve really enjoyed this challenge until today. The last couple of days I’ve felt super tired and just not myself 100% mentally and emotionally. I’m hoovering up food at every opportunity and battling the elements, all the while I just wanna sit down, eat an entire cake and drink copious amounts of tea. The change in the season has definitely not helped with the weather being so undecided. However, I have 3 miles left and will smash it before the end of Sept! Share
