I'm taking on Fans vs Dementia
Hey all,
As some of you know my mum is not firing on all cylinders these days, the engine is running but no ones at the wheel. That is Dementia for you. I even got the phrase tattooed 'You can't stop what can't be stopped'. Its a true fact.
So I stumbled across the Fans vs Dementia page. Its walking to football stadiums to raise money for the charity. If I did not pitch in I would be ashamed of myself so thought 'fuck it' lets give it a go.
If anyone wants to join me, feel free and we can arrange. Bit of planning, time and dates or I just go for self. The company would be most welcomed.
All I do ask if you can make a donation, no matter how much it helps these folk suffering with an brain illness that cannot be fixed. So what ever you can give, all helps.

Doing this for Mam. She is heavy set with Dementia and I feel for those having to deal with loved ones going through what I am seeing and experiencing. So I I thought, get involved, raise some money and make a difference. I will probs get lost, run over but long as I can get a few walks in by end of May and raise a bit.
