I'm doing Winter Reading Challenge for Dementia UK

This winter, I'm reading and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

So I decided to jump right in as soon as I was set up 
The first book I’m diving into is by a new author and also she’s a friends mom so it’s nice to support her and also let you know the name of the book in case you guys want to join in 
The book is The Inheritance by Deborah Wales and is available on Amazon in paperback or kindle versions 
Chapter one ………. I’ll let you know how it goes 

Help me read my way to success

Finally a fundraising event I can actually get on board with. I’m not the best physically fit person with more aches and pains than a 40+ year old should have. I can’t run , I’m not build for speed more for comfort but boy can I exercise my reading muscles. Tbh I read over 180 books last year and this really isn’t a challenge but what a cause!! My grandad and nan both had varying degrees of dementia, but to keep herself brain active my nan would read and do crosswords from the moment she opened her eyes, so in itself this is a more fitting way to do something in her memory. So if you’d like to help me ignore the housework husband and kids for a while in the name of charity and raise money for an absolutely wonderful cause then please donate. Money goes straight to the charity and allows them to do some good for such a cruel disease. Many thanks in advance now shhhhhh I’m reading 😆😍
