I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

I Did It! 62 Miles Walked for Dementia UK

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed my 'Walk 62 Miles in October' challenge to raise money for Dementia UK!

It was a tough challenge, especially when I was ill, and the heavy rains in between, balancing the miles with a full-time job, but thinking of the vital support I was fundraising for kept me motivated every single day. Seeing the autumn leaves turn as I hit those final few miles was incredibly rewarding.

I have already reached and surpassed my fundraising target, and I am so thankful to each and every person who supported my page. The generosity has been incredible!
