I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

Hi, I’m Sophie (Soph), and I’m going to be running 100km within February to raise money for Dementia UK.


This charity is especially close to my heart and my family’s. Raising money will help support families who are caring for someone with dementia, as well as those living with the condition themselves. 

To do my part, I will be running 100km for my Grandad and my Opa who I love so very much, and for everyone affected by dementia - so they can receive the treatment, care, and support they need.
