I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

🚶♀️ Walking 30 Miles for Dementia UK
Monday 1st SepThis September, I’m lacing up my trainers and taking on the Walk 30 Miles challenge to raise money for Dementia UK—a charity that provides life-changing support for families affected by dementia.
Why am I doing this? Because dementia doesn’t just affect individuals—it touches entire families. Dementia UK’s specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, offer expert guidance and compassionate care to help people navigate the toughest moments. Their work is vital, and I want to do my part to support it.
💙 30 miles might sound like a lot, but every step I take is for those who face far greater challenges every day. Whether I’m walking through parks, pounding pavements, or dodging the British rain, I’ll be thinking of the families who need our help.
If you’d like to support me, every donation—big or small—makes a difference. Together, we can help Dementia UK reach more people and provide the care they deserve.

Thank you for cheering me on. Let’s walk this path together.
