I'm doing The 36 Hole Challenge for Dementia UK

I’m taking on The 36 Hole Challenge on Monday 14 September at Mar hall golf and spa resort and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

£21 could pay for the telephone costs of five families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
