I'm walking 62 Miles in October

My Dad (John) was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia a few years ago and the support Dementia UK has given to my family and others across the UK has been nothing short of incredible. 

So, I’m on a mission to take on  the challenge of doing 62 Miles in October (and for anyone that knows me , it certainly is a challenge! ) to raise funds so that families affected by Dementia can get the specialist help and advice they need.

I would be grateful for any support, every pound can and does make a difference. 

A £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
