I'm jogging one mile a day for Dementia UK

As many of you know, my wonderful dad was diagnosed with dementia in 2022. It is heartbreaking seeing the change in him and the impact it has on my incredible mum.  Families living with dementia often feel isolated and therefore need practical and emotional support. It is not always easy to know where to turn for this.


As many of you also know, I am not a natural runner. I am therefore challenging myself to run 1 mile a day during April to raise money for Dementia UK. This money will be used to provide support for families living with dementia and hopefully help them realise they are not alone x
