I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Hi , Thanks for reading this. I have decided to do the 30 mile September challenge for Dementia UK for a few reasons.  
I have worked with people who have or had   Dementia,  also my Gramp  had  Dementia, so I understand the sadness this awful disease  can bring  , and the more help, understanding and support given to families is so important,  and hopefully my bit will go towards that support.  
I love walking,  and photography,  so the two together  give me great pleasure,  and sharing  this with others also helps give  me the push I need, to get outside,  as  I've lived with pain  for 15 years now .  It was then  I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.  So 30 miles in September,  maybe an easier challenge for some, but could be that bit harder for myself,  as my  pain its different each day . I am lucky to live in such a lovely place, and already have had amazing support.   so please give what you can  . You may pass me in my Dementia UK pink Tshirt while I am out and about,  so please say Hi. Thankyou ❤️ Sally
