Rune BARTLETT

Winter Reading Challenge

I'm doing Winter Reading Challenge for Dementia UK

This winter, I'm reading and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Thank you!

My rules for my read-a-thon

Wednesday 30th Sep
Good Morning Readers!

From tomorrow  til the 31st of January  I will be taking on Dementia UK  Winter Reading Challenge!

Things I am gonna do :

1)I will be reading for two hours  everyday.

2) I will share  my reads and awesome bookmarks.

3) My self imposed  rule for my Read-a-Thon reads is that they must be physical  copies.

4) I will post reviews for all my reads. This  way you know that I have actually  read them and am not just showing  off my amazing book collection.

Why I am taking part

Sunday 13th Sep
My name is Rune Bartlett  and I love to read.  I can't think of anything  better than  reading to help make money for charity.

I intend to start this  read a thon next month. I  will be reading everyday for 2 hours a day  from thr 1st of October all the way to January 31st this time to raise funds for Dementia care. :)

I have decided to raise money for this cause as I have known many older people and some family friends who have suffered with it.   And if I can rase awareness , and raise funds doing something I love then you better believe i'm gonna :)

I look forward to sharing my reading adventures with you all!
