I'm walking 62 Miles in October

I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

62 Miles WALKED -for Dementia UK

I have now reached my 62 miles walked!  and with the contribution of the gift aid , the funds contributed will have reached my increased  target of £750
Thank you to all who sponsored me for this important charity. it was really appreciated. The challenge  undertaken was both to honour the memory of my lovely wife Tricia ,  but also to help the families who will be affected by this devastating condition in the future .

I hear that tomorrow , Wednesday  October 15th , A generous donor has offered to match any donations made  to this challenge j- Just on this day.  So if anyone would  like to  support us but have yet to make a donation to this very important cause, or wish to add a little more , then  Wednesday will the day to make it !   I am doing this as a memorial for my lovely Wife who passed away recently from this dreadful condition.  Let do all we can to help families in the future .
