I'm walking 62 Miles in October
Hi friends! Having done a skydive two years ago to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society, I’m now walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds for Dementia UK so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be extremely grateful for your support.
An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
You were all brilliantly supportive of my efforts the last time I fundraised, so I’m hoping you won’t mind helping me out again to support such a worthy cause.

Clocking up the miles!
Saturday 4th Oct Another 4 miles covered today. Visited several places in the locality and burned a few hundred calories into the bargain! I’ve also reached my initial target of £250 thanks to wonderful generosity of great friends and supporters, and it’s only my third day of walking! Share
