I couldn’t be prouder of Jax for completing the walk yesterday. After 2 footy matches at the weekend and seven hours of training the day before, he was absolutely shattered but he still found the energy and determination to push through to the very end. We stopped for some dinner along the way then carried on, and he didn’t give up once. Absolute superstar!

What was planned as a 7 mile walk, turned into a full 10 mile trek 🙈😂

Walk to a football stadium to raise money for Dementia

Friday 13th Feb
Hello, my name is Jax. On the 24th February, I am walking 7.7 miles from the Yorkshire Coble in Redcar to the Riverside Stadium with my Mam to raise money for Dementia UK, in memory of my lovely Great Grandma, who we sadly lost in 2020 to the cruel disease.
To watch someone you love disappear before your eyes is so painful and I want to help other families, who are going through what we went through as a family.
