Close to my heart

Thursday 20th Aug This is the first time I have ever done anything like this but have always thought about it after losing a very special person in my life, my gran. She was the most amazing lady she would do anything for anyone .  I always remember she used to go into Durham every Saturday morning to meet her friend for coffee and on this particular day it was a cold winters day. There was a Big Issue lady stood selling the magazine and she went up to her and gave her her leather gloves that’s the sort of person she was, always thinking of others. I miss her and think about her everyday.   She passed away peacefully in a care home. Unfortunately I was just too late to get there in time to be with her as she took her last breath. Seeing how this horrible thing called dementia took her away from us it was just so cruel so please if you can spare anything  I would be so grateful x Share
