I'm cycling 300 miles for Dementia UK

This June, I'm cycling 300 miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. Just £8 can cover the telephone costs for two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Thank you!

Riding for Gran and a Cause Close to My Heart

Tuesday 3rd Jun
I'm incredibly proud to be cycling for Dementia UK! My motivation stems from a lifelong passion for helping people and a profound empathy for individuals living with disabilities. I've always loved contributing to charity work, and this particular cause holds immense significance for me. The biggest inspiration behind my participation is my incredible grandmother, who is over 100 years old and lives with dementia. Witnessing her strength and the impact of this condition firsthand has made me even more determined to support the vital work Dementia UK does. I'm riding to help make a difference in the lives of those affected.
